Workshop Ethos and Content
All sessions are informal and interactive and designed ensure that participants feel relaxed and inspired. Our aim is to empower individuals with a broad range of knowledge, skills and techniques to enable them to reach and maintain their full potential. No specific skills are required and people are encouraged to interact as little or as much as they feel comfortable.
We do not use role play or techniques that make people feel self conscious. Each session will include some or all of the following; group discussion; troubleshooting; shared experience; brain storming; creative play; information on and practical use of complementary health therapies; guided relaxation and visualisation; breathing techniques; health and wellbeing information and advice and direction toward other resources.
We include both information and practical advice and the content that you see below can be catered to your needs and those of the individuals involved. You need not take the content as is and may pick and chose individual workshops or elements thereof.

Sustaining Success One-day Vitality Workshop
Sustaining Success is designed to help delegates create more energy, vitality and balance, ultimately improving productivity, creativity and achievement. This workshop will help delegates to make permanent changes that will enable a new perspective, and a new path for managing high pressure environments in a sustainable way.

Work Life Integration Workshops
The Art of Relaxation
This workshop teaches powerful breathing, relaxation and visualisation techniques and helps people to focus on the common sources of stress (i.e. self/others/environment). As causes of stress are identified by individuals, they are able through dynamic relaxation techniques to learn how to modify negative behaviour and learn deep and effective relation techniques.

The Sweet Dreams Workshop ©
Useful for individuals suffering sleep problems, anxiety, tension, overload and burn-out. The session draws on the experience of the group as a whole and teaches practical relaxation methods to help reduce the effects of negative stress. Areas covered:

Alyssa Abbey
Alyssa is a vitality expert with over 15 years experience helping individuals and organisations to increase their well-being.
With A BA in Biology from the University of Virginia and an Msc in Sports Science from Loughborough University of Technology, she began her career in health screening. Going on to study stress management, she has advised clients large and small on stress policy and best practice, and is co-author of Organizational Stress (Palgrave).
Alyssa is dedicated to promoting organisational vitality.
Michelle Kay
Michelle has a background in healthcare, stress management & complementary health. She also works with individuals suffering stress, anxiety & depression.
Michelle designs and delivers a wide range of dynamic, people focused training courses and specialises in coping skills and positive health and well-being.
She has worked extensively in the care sector with organisations such as the British Red Cross, Central & Cecil Housing Trust, and the Royal National Institute for the Blind, GPs & Primary Care Trusts. Her work has been reviewed in the National press and on TV and radio.
Additionally, she is a qualified physical therapist and is trained in Therapeutic, Remedial and Swedish massage, Swiss Foot Reflex Therapy and Aromatherapy. Michelle believes in a supported, practical approach to bring about realistic, positive change.
Her Lifestyle Management Programmes for individuals may include: Lifestyle Analysis, relaxation and breathing techniques, guided visualisation, stress counseling, personal development and bodywork therapies (therapeutic massage, Swiss foot reflex therapy and aromatherapy.
