- Swedish/Aromatherapy Massage
This is an oil based classical massage. It can be tailored to your requirements and is very therapeutic and relaxing. This is best performed in an hour's sequence. - Pregnancy Massage
This is a massage specifically tailored to be of benefit to pregnant women. Using specially blended oils that are both safe and beneficial for use at this time, this massage is both mother and baby focused. It helps the mother's body to adapt as her body changes, and baby enjoys it too as they share the benefits enjoyed by mummy! - Hot Stone Massage
This is a fusion of Eastern & Western advanced stone techniques, resulting in a seamless dance of stone & hands on massage. - Indian Head Massage
Massage to the upper back and head, also received clothed. It is based on the traditional form of head massage practiced in India for over 1,000 years. It is a wonderfully relaxing treatment. Clients remain clothed. Treatments are usually 45-minutes. - Reflexology
Reflexology is massage of the feet and works to treat the whole person. Reflexology can be used to restore and maintain the body's natural equilibrium. It is a gentle treatment. Clients need only remove their footwear. It is best performed in an hour's sequence. - Yoga

What is commonly referred to as "yoga" can be more accurately described by the Sanskrit word asana, which refers to the practice of physical postures or poses. Asana is only one of the 'eight limbs' of yoga, the majority of which are more concerned with mental and spiritual well being than physical activity. We can tailor classes to groups of different sizes and focus more upon either the physical or spiritual aspects depending upon your needs.
